How can it be approved? The trading period hasn't finished yet - I just checked back to see how many other teams outbid me

Bears contract offer - Hampton

Despite the constant rumours swirling re young Mr. Kostjasyn, coach Fairfax has insisted we offer Ben Hampton a $50k deal for the remainder of the season (which actually hasn't started as far as we're concerned here in the mountains)
It's not noted in the handbook, but I think Rory is an international - does that sound right??? Think he played for Russia with Sandor Earl, although it doesn't mention that in the handbook either.....maybe I'm still groggy from the extended off-season.
Look out whoever we play this weekend - we've moved up to just 2 points outside the top five, not to mention still undefeated
