First home game of the season, so please get out and support the boys! After the successful ploy last week, coach Fairfax has again opted to only use 16 players to face the reds. A re-shuffle of the backline sees Darius Boyd drop to the bench and Ryan Morgan get his first run-on start since the early rounds of 2011. Justin Poore will again be looking after the oranges.

The Bluetongues have announced their side to take on the Seagulls.

New recruit Steve Turner will make his first ever appearance for the side. He's a player management have tried to sign numerous times over the years, but this season, he was left sitting in the draft box whilst all his mates were recruited.

We're hoping he'll do well for the club and kick us some goals. Something we've not had.

This week is actually the first time this season we've been able to field a full side, so we can probably say the season starts here....bring it on

Aardvarks vs Showers

A trip to the Rheem Stadium and the high flying, table topping and unbeaten Golden Showers awaits the Aardvarks this weekend..

This is something the Showers would not be used to , and no doubt starting to get a bit dizzy up at those heights.. They've started to draw a crowd and there's even a few hangers-on around the team these days...

Will this be the week it all goes to their head and they come down with a thud - The Aardvarks will be working towards that this weekend...

With the expensive recruit in Wes Naiqama lasting less than a 1/2 of football thanks to the 'voodoo' powers of the Allstars - we've rushed Jerome Ropati back a week earlier... Ben Creagh becomes the 3rd No.13 in 4 games this season as the number is starting to grow concerns as first Glenn Stewart, and now Aedan Guerra fall to injury.
