Allstars v Aardvarks
Not a great start to the season injury-wise. Losing two class centres in Morris and Stanley. Im sure we still have the squad to make it two i a row.

Stop outs v teddies
After round ones close finish Charlie went back to the drawing board. Reports are there were many late training sessions throughout the week working the boys to their limits. Charlie was quoted saying “ There’s nothing like a good session of smashing beers to the tunes of the Oils and Chisel”. Many other coaches have questioned Charlies left field approach, but this doesn’t seems to phase the dirty stops outs. There have been a couple of changes due to several players pulling up limp from the late night sessions.

Make that 13......
The coach was that distraught at training that one of the 14 fit players, Jason King, didn't have the heart to tell him that he would be unavailable because his knee got caught in a lift. At this rate, Fairy will be bald before Matt Elliott.

Seagulls Team
Robson gets another start at half in place of Mullen & Berrigan comes into the backline due to lack of centres in our squad. Benji needs to forget about his Quarter Pounder & get us some points this week or we could end up the only team without a win. We can't rely on Tolman making a hundred tackles every game.

Bears squad vs Stopouts
Coach Fairfax spent little time putting his team sheet together for this weekend. Only 14 fit players turned up to training on Wednesday night, but they are 14 Bears determined not to be the first team ever to lose a GC game to the Stopouts.
Despite the successful experiment with Weyman at halfback, Fairy has decided to shift him to the bench this week and give the Beast a run at 7.
Come up to the showground and get behind the boys. They would love to notch up another win before hopefully getting some troops back next week.
The full squad is:
FB Billy Slater
