You can only bid for players on the current Player List spreadsheet as at the start of the trading period (the spready sent out with results is the one to go by).
We used to encourage scouting and prospectful negotiations, but there were issues about positioning so it had to be scrapped.
This rule came into play last season, and has stuck.
Rules and Regulations are on the Forum, under Rules and Regulations.
Sorry dude - no good (he has already been added though for next week, along with other players who have appeared recently).

Moltzen out and bring in Blake Lazurus $50,000. Bloody Moltzen
Lazarus is listed in the west tigers site as a fullback/halfback but makes hi debut as HB. is that the only place i can play him if i am succesfull. I can't the find the rules sorry!
